Basic Interiors

Basic - Prefer an empty case. We can supply this!

The application of any flightcase will largely dictate the type of interior, which best suits it's purpose. Basic interiors can simply be the internal finish of the panel material such as ABS plastic or phenolic resin or, in the case of Birch ply, a black paint finish.

Basic interiors also include the addition of foam or carpet lining – even these simple options can make a case look professional.

For regular shaped objects a uniform thickness foam lining is more than enough to offer good shock and impact protection whereas for more rugged objects or cables, where scuff and abrasion protection is more of a priority and / or internal space needs to be maximised, then a carpet lining offers a simple, clean, less intrusive solution.

Foam linings are selected from a variety of thicknesses, densities and materials to optimise, functionality, shock protection, aesthetics and durability.
