• ABS: [Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Plastic] A Plastic laminate or honeycomb structure.
• CAD: Computer Aided Design
• CNC: Computer Numerical Control. A system by which pre-programmed offline patterns can be uploaded to machinery for computer controlled automatic machines.
• Fabricated Foam: Discreet foam components bonded together to form more complex shapes.
• GP: General purpose.
• HPL: High Pressure Laminate. A durable exterior laminate to case walls, bonded to either 6.5mm or 9mm Birch Plywood. Available in a range of standard colours Plus any corporate colour to order.
• LED: A type of lighting fixture using Light Emmitting Diode technology
• PSU: Power Supply Unit
• 1/4 Pack: A dimension that allows for 4 cases to fit widthways across a standard trailer / stepback unit. Widely used for touring productions.
