Machined Inserts

For extremely heavy items, e.g. chain hoists, telescopic stands, flying frames, rigging components, heavy electrical and mechanical items, the units themselves are robust enough to only require a minimum of padding, whilst being held firmly in place within the case.

ABC’s CNC Machinery allows fast production and reproduction of wooden cradles and fixtures, either free supporting / removable or bolted within the case.

Internals such as backboxes and divider rails are also machined to precise dimensions for exact duplication.

A range of plywood and plastic materials in various thicknesses are employed, usually 18mm Birch Ply, as well as carpet and high density foams to create a professional fabricated product.
